good size room size breakfast options old tv small fridge
the room was good size for a Double Room. the breakfast had many options available.
the tv was fairly old. the fridge was a bit SMALL it couldn't store much.

The stylish bar had a good piano player. I especially appreciated the 7th-floor pool and bar area. The refillable glass water bottles in the room were a nice touch.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful . Caroline and Ana at reception were ALWAYS friendly. They seemed responsible in their work. Our room had good space and quality bedding.
My room lacked power sockets to plug in my devices. There were no USB outlets, as it is an older style hotel. I found the beds somewhat uncomfortable.

Fantastic Stay with Helpful Staff
helpful staff clean room convenient location
The staff was very helpful. They assisted with arrival and offered tour suggestions. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. The location allowed me to walk to King Edward park very easily! checkout staff also helped me with my luggage.
i noticed only a few power sockets in the room. I felt the hotel needed more outlets for modern electronic devices. It was somewhat inconvenient , though the rest of the experience was quite positive.

The hotel has a rooftop bar. I noticed it provides good drinks for a fair price, which I found pretty convenient. Happy hour is also a feature at the bar with a good variety of options, I must add. This made for a relaxing end to the day.

The room included simple decoration, yet had everything i needed and was spacious. I especially liked the comfy bed! the room was also cleaned daily and well kept, which i really appreciate.

The hotel features a piano bar! the availability of safe and easy parking added significant value to my stay as i could easily access my car. I also noticed a reading room that guests could use if they wished.

helpful staff clean room uncomfortable bed old tv
the staff were helpful with arrival, tours suggestions, and restaurants. the room were clean. the location is great if you like walking. Edward Park is very close and we used it to walk.
the bed werent comfortable. the tv was small. the tv was so old it doesnt fit even a two-star hotel.

rooftop bar outdoor space attentive staff
the rooftop bar was a dream (i enjoyed every minute spent there). i loved the outdoor spaces near the bar. breakfast offered so many choices and wonderful, attentive staff made it even better.
